“Love these little old school pubs just sitting there at a 4way stop. Been here since tge 60's. Bartender was spot on, friendly and quick service. One of the locals told me tgat the Prime Rib can't be beat (served on Mondays) and if you order steal tacos on Thursday, they use the left over Prime Rib. Hard to beat that. Very friendly regulars, and even bought me a shot. I will be back to try the food and will update my review.Parking: Small lot with a lot of cars. But you can be creative to make a spot.“

We ordered the chili, reuben shillelaghs, and asian chicken salad. The salad and appetizer were good. The salad was fresh, flavorful, and had plenty of chicken. The shillelaghs were for my friend, I'm not a big fan. To me they don't have much flavor and are a bit greasy.This time the chili came out lukewarm. Had to be sent back for a warm up. Overall a good (not great) meal.“
“This was like my fifth time eating here because it is nearby. I had a cheeseburger and ordered the baby back ribs to go. The burger seemed a little more basic and unseasoned compared to the last time. Tater tots were fine.On returning home I figured I should try the ribs before they got cold since I've never had them from Point After before.I almost couldn't stop myself from eating the entire half rack! So tasty and fall off the bone with minimal fat. I'd like to compare these to Oh Dennis my other go to place. These are on the sweeter side with the BBQ sauce than Oh Dennis but just as lean. Don't know if they are this good every time but looking forward to finding out!“
“Stopped in for lunch with a couple of coworkers. They let us seat ourselves. Waitress came over quickly and took our drink order. Brought the drinks out and took our food order. Food came out in an appropriate amount of time and was hot. Large servings of fries and tots. Food was above average bar food. My only suggestion would be a little less salt on the fries. Very crowded over the lunch hour, but didn't have any issues. “Heaven was easily the GREATEST bartender I think I’ve EVER came across in my time of drinking and going to different bars around the country. I can’t believe how nice she is and how fast she moves around the bar. Most bartenders ignore people for a bit of time before getting to them but she not only got to me and everybody else faster than I’ve seen in the longest time but she also was able to hold conversation and able to do her job at the same time. If she’s here I WILL be back.“
“Fantastic burgers at any price, but for $10.75 you get the Big O, or a little less for the other burgers. Sides are great. Service is great (and usually pretty fast). Have yet to have a bad experience, and I don’t expect I will. I go out of my way to come here for lunch. “Stumbled upon this place while in Milwaukee for work. It is located not far from my airport hotel. Great neighborhood bar with a lot of locals. Talked to several, and they were all very friendly. The bartender, Erin, was very friendly, fast service, and liked to smile and joke around a little. Drinks were good, and the prices were too. I ordered a pizza around 9pm. Came out in a reasonable amount of time and was better than expected. Will definitely stop back in next time I'm in town.Vegetarian options: A few options for vegetarians. “Fourth-N-Long has great pizza and wings. I’ve been here a few times with family and I’m never disappointed. This past weekend we put or brother to rest and had the after gathering here. The staff and service were excellent. We had the bottom floor to ourselves and it gave us a cozy atmosphere to reminisce. The bar was right upstairs if anyone needed a stronger spirit than what our hostess and host provided. Everyone had a great time and a few lingered afterwards. I recommend stopping to find true comfort food too.“

Brian was bartending on my visit and it was all regulars but they didn't make me feel like an outsider. I ordered my Gin Rickey and no one in the bar had ever heard of it, no drink for Brian today but any bartender who can make one gets a drink on me. The place is your typical WI dive bar with a theme of bobble heads because the owner collects them. The staff was very friendly and the Gin Rickey was very refreshing. The place has a small bar with one giant flat screen and smaller flat screens around the room.“
“I always see this spot posted all over Reddit so I thought it was time to check it out. It's a nice walk from the Third Ward and also right on the Green Line. Parking can get tight but there is a paid lot nearby. The place was pretty busy which caused slower service, but staff remained attentive. The bar and dining room both had plenty of seating. This would be a great spot for large groups! I ordered a glass of wine and the Eggplant Parmesan sandwich with a side caeser. I was disappointed in the wine list, especially for an Italian restaurant. The glass of wine I ordered was pretty stale which makes me think they might not sell a lot of wine. Again, odd for an Italian restaurant. The sandwich was excellent. It had perfectly crisp eggplant with a flavorful marinara and plenty of cheese. I like that they serve giardinera to add some extra crunch and spice to the sandwich. I would love to return for the pizza that I read so much about! The food was amazing!“
“I purchased a Muskego Warriors Football discount card last Fall and Pop’s Pub is one of the restaurants listed so we thought we’d stop in and give them a try for lunch.Best decision ever!!! Inside is friendly and inviting and the staff is super welcoming. Out back is an entire outside area that we can’t wait to utilize in Spring ASAP.We got the 3:3 smoked meats. Brisket, pulled pork, bourbon chicken, baked beans, Mac and cheese, potato’s. All absolutely delicious!! Smoke was just right and the Texas BBQ sauce which is slightly sweet and the KC sauce which has a very slight kick were both super fantastic! “I stopped here after going to Sendik's for some fresh seafood based on the word of mouth of an employee I meet from Sendik's in my hang out spot that said it's always fresh and since I haven't been here in years I noticed this pub in the strip mall. This would end up being the new restaurant of the week the following weekend so I stopped by. The place was absolutely dead on Saturday around 2pm with only one table of 3 d guys having no food and just beers over a business lunch it seemed so I'm thinking the food is not all that. Since nothing is going on I order a Gin Rickey and and looking at the dark dead kitchen I ask if the kitchen is open and I was handed a menu and told yes. I was going to do a burger until I saw the every day 3 piece cod fish fry and thought every day fish frys are super rare in the Milwaukee area and it's been a while so I ordered it fully knowing that it would be all frozen food for a reasonable $11.50. The place is dimly lit with a pool table, games, music machine, bar, tables etc etc and not really a dive like a reviewer said by Milwaukee standards because I have been to some super divy bars. My food came quickly and it was hot cooked to order because I was the only person having food and the plate looked good with three average golden cod battered fillets, seasoned frys, coleslaw, rye bread and tarter sauce. The seasoned frys were great because they were hot out of the fryer and seasoned well with a thin crispy shell and soft center. The rye bread was fresh and buttered and I made a fish sandwich with it. The coleslaw was commercial and cold/crunchy which was a nice texture vs hot soft food. The battered cod was like a beer batter with very average size pieces that had a crispy batter and tender moist flakey cod meat inside. Overall was it the best most favorite fish fry, no. Was it a good fish fry on a day where you can hardily get a fish fry at all, yes. Was it good at the $11.50 price point when you consider that the fast food sandwich combos are in that ball park and not hot fresh from the kitchen just cooked. Would I go back for the fish fry on a day that's not a fish fry day, yes because it satisfies my fish fry crave.“

“Food was delicious but a little bit too greasy for us. The tartar sauce was different. I would suggest maybe putting a tiny bit of macintosh apple in there. The coleslaw was not sweet what I'm used to. It was very sour so I don't know if it's supposed to taste like that or if it was old. My son wanted to try the chicken tenders but they don't serve them on the same days as fish fries. My son ended up getting the last burger. They were all out after that. Not sure if this happens often but I felt bad for the people that came in after us that left because they were there for burgers. Service was a little slow. The atmosphere was a little too dark for us. Overall I give this a four star.“
“We went Saturday at 7:00, small place that seemed crowded but we were seated pretty soon and didn't mind waiting in the bar having fancy cocktail. They have all the Supper Club style cocktails, most are 7$, domestic beers $4. We had rumaki, onion straws, creamed spinach, and 6oz filets that had a good char and were buttery inside, the steaks come with french fries and mushrooms included. The servers were very friendly to my parents and they poured the martinis tableside with a martinis shaker. They have ice cream drinks that are boozy and big as a milkshakes. I felt everything in there was very reasonably priced,but exceptionally good.“

I called first because C19 killed a lot of small businesses and places don't open until later but they were open. The place was friendly but not very full and it seemed that the few people that were in were possibly owners and employees by the conversation of scheduling and opening for super bowl tomorrow. The place looked clean and it didn't smell which was nice. The two ladies working the bar had no clue what a Gin Rickey was so no drink on me, any bartender who gets it with out asking gets a drink on me and that's only been 2 so far.
