“I was in town for WI Farm Tech Days. This was my favorite place to go have a beer after work. I loved the local home town feel. Ice Cold beer, great atmosphere. Everyone in this place treated me like I grew up there and they knew my Dad.”

“Didn't actually get to go in the tavern, I'm guessing it was closed due to Covid, but the surrounding area is very nice. Besides the bridge and water, there were deer, rabbits, peacocks, geese, and pheasants. There is a suspension bridge here that looks like you'd fall in the water trying to cross it, but it is safe. It's a very picturesque area, and well worth visiting.”

Last Wednesday as we went to pick up a vehicle we had worked on, we decided in the snow storm to stop. Conversation was great, brought back old memories, and food was fantastic just like I remember. “We have lived in the area for 9 months now, we are not big drinkers so we do not come into the bars often. We have had your fish fry to go a couple of months ago, which was delicious. Tonight I decided I was not cooking, so my husband and my father in law and myself decided to have supper here tonight. Bartender was nice and funny. We bought a round of drinks for the patrons in there. Everyone was nice and friendly and we will be back. Food was delicious, and the friendly atmosphere was delightful! I have been a bartender for 26 years and enjoyed the funny comments and we enjoyed the food. Thank you again for having a good establishment.”
