“#1 Tour. A MUST do! We had a wonderful day visiting the Leinenkugel Brewing Company. My husband and I did the Legacy Tour and Pilot Brewery Tour. Both tours were so awesome! It was so neat to see inside brewery on the Legacy Tour! Our tour guide Cindy was so knowledgeable and funny! We enjoyed a flight of beers before going on our next tour of the Pilot Brewery. It was fun seeing the small batches being made and talking with Matt Leinenkugel. We would highly recommend doing both tours to everyone!“
“A very beautiful area for a walk, and to learn about the history of Leinenkugel's. The extremely oversized adirondack chair (complete with GIANT cupholders) is hilarious! The buildings are wonderfully balanced, looking both old and new at the same time. The walk by the river is very pleasant. A great company that makes really great beers (my personal favorite is the Grapefruit Shandy with friday fish fry).“
“Number one place in the valley for Bloody Marys. Cocktails flavorful and inexpensive, recently I've been hooked on the Bucks (whiskey and ginger). “We really liked the drinks here. My husband is a huge fan of whiskey and decided to order a sampler. I ordered a drink that was sort of like a pina colada but wasn't quite. We were both really happy with our selection. We actually went back later in the evening and there were lots of people. There is quite a bit of seating inside but we thought why not go up on the outside deck for the view? It was a nice view but not very much seating. The service was good and the bar tenders really knew how to make a drink.“
“Brewing Projekt cranks out delicious beers (and seltzers!) and their brewery is definitely a destination. Plan for a long visit and try a couple flights – their tap list is huge! Check out the patio upstairs or on the main level for great atmosphere.“
“I had a flight, which is pretty pricy, but you get 5 oz of 5 beers, which is more than many flights.The Peanut Butter Milk Stout was good, it tastes exactly like Belching Beaver PB stout. The Imperial Stout was good, nothing special. But the Anniversary Ale with Bourbon Vanilla and Coconut was fantastic. And I had one of the fruity raddlers, tastes yummy like a soda.I love the venue, with all the wood, open space, and outdoor patio.“
“All of the employees at the brewery go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It's fun to share my love of beer with kindred spirits. (Michelle), Lynn, Matt, and the two women working pouring beer that afternoon. Were just absolutely joyed to deal with. I make it a point to return for the tour because it seems like I always learned something new. Thanks to (Michelle), my tour guide, this trip was no exception.“
