“If I could give Whirlybird more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. This little gem of a coffee shop has easily become my all-time favorite. I started going a couple months after they opened, originally drawn in by their coffee flights (which are a must-try if you haven't already!), and little did I know I'd soon be driving 20+ minutes on the regular just to get my fix. At this point, I go so often they know me by name! Liz, the owner, is genuinely one of the kindest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met. You can tell how much heart she’s poured into Whirlybird, and her team of girls? Absolutely fantastic. She’s created such a fun and welcoming environment, and her team is just as incredible. Every single person there is friendly, upbeat, and makes the experience that much better. They genuinely make you feel like you're part of their little coffee shop family. Their drinks are consistently amazing — creative, seasonal, and always something new to look forward to. I love it so much that I even buy their coffee to take home because nothing else compares. And the food? SO good. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful. I truly have nothing negative to say about Whirlybird. My only wish? That they’d open a location in Eau Claire — I’d be there every single day. Whirlybird isn’t just a coffee shop. It’s a whole experience — one that keeps me coming back time and time again.“

“I ordered a latte and really enjoyed it. The beans seemed well roasted and the flavor was nicely balanced. The temperature was just right — exactly how coffee should be served. Also, the staff was fun and friendly, which made the experience even better.“

“This place is a hidden gem! The atmosphere of the little makers market stalls, and little places where kids could play, made for a very wholesome experience. The food was well made, and my husband was able to eat anything he wanted because it was inherently a pretty gf menu. The drinks were also top tier! Highly recommend!“

“I always go in store, never the drive thru. Why? Because the workers are my favorite part of this place! Both of the assistant managers make my day every time even if I can tell they have had a rough morning or have been busy. They always make it their main goal to crack a smile. I love the coffee and so does my girlfriend. We go maybe once a week and I always make sure we go here. So that's my reason for a 5 star atmosphere. And service, they always try their best and I'm always there for it.
The coffee I get right now is seasonal and when it leaves I'll be very sad... it's okay though! I can't wait to see what else they come out with for the holidays.
One more note is that I love the way the employees connect with us customers, genuinely friendliest group of people I've ever met even if they are under stress.“
