We had dinner here on our last night visiting family. The service was great, super attentive and accommodating. The food was fantastic. I had the walleye special which was perfectly crispy fried fish and had a side of mashed potatoes and sautéed veggies. It was not only delicious but also beautiful to look at. We sat for an hour and didn’t get our burger and tacos on a slow night. The bartender never made eye contact but did her best to manage the front of house. Food looked amazing on other patrons plates. The place has a really cool cozy saloon vibe though. Maybe it was just an off night. 🤷♂️
The prime rib was good except for the Chinese 5 spice in the sautéed mushrooms and onions. Chinese 5 spice does not make a great steak seasoning.
