“We visit yearly from Washington State, seeing family in Duluth and Butternut, Wisconsin. Our journey between the two places takes us through Clam Lake. The J is a fantastic stop. They seem to have whatever you need, plus the owner (I think he's the owner) is simply put, a super guy. We always enjoy stopping there.”

“Definitely a 5 out of 5 rating and a 5 out of 5 for gluten free!!! We went for dinner tonight and the food and service was the absolute best! We had a chicken wrap, a California burger and a patty melt and everything was delicious. I was told, by the other diners, in our party, that the sauce and cheese on the sandwiches gave them the best flavor. We plan to go here weekly for dinner and also stop in for breakfast, so we can try the variety of their food offerings. I have celiac and was concerned about trying the homemade fries but they looked so delicious I had to try one, then two and I had no reaction. Even a crumb of gluten sends my heart out of rhythm and I was completely fine eating here. Love this place ❤️”
