We have been several times and the food and service has always been great. Sometimes a bit of a wait for food but worth it! Kid's meals are good.
We were there last night - the bartender waited on all the tables around us and after at least 20 minutes of sitting at the table we had not been greeted or even offered a menu or a glass of water.
We drove up to Clayton and went to 7 brothers - Dave waited on us there and the food was great. I work in a service industry and I would be horrified if people drove to my business and left without even being acknowledged-
clean place yes, food was good when we finally got it.
It was NOT that busy. There were maybe 30 people in the entire place during our 1 hour and 40 minutes there. The owner was working. She did not finish taking our drink and appetizer order before she left. It took a long time to get them. After they came, she then took my husband's, two sons and my order.
