Staff is helpful and friendly. 🥰 Clintonville Culver's is one of my family's favorite places to visit, in part due to their gluten-free meal options, but also due to the top level customer service we find each time we come. We love the Clintonville team!🫶🏼

I love Culver's. However, the service at this location is questionably slow, and our order comes out wrong quite often. We once added a slice of cheese to a chicken sandwich for $0.60, just for them to not give us the add-in we paid money for. Really strange stuff.We don't have much of a choice but to stick with it, seeing as it's the closest one in over 20 minutes, but I did want to voice my concern.

They offer work to people with disabilities (which is really cool), so we have had our orders messed up, but they are very easy to work with and they always fix it.
And of course, their frozen custard is second to none and amazing year-round:)
