I was on my way to Timms Hill in Taylor County, and was passing through a little town named Colby – a town noted for its famous Colby Cheese. Halfway through town I noticed a little building with a fresh looking sign that read, `Amber’s Café. It was a nice looking little eatery, and full of families on that Sunday morning. Amazing. Ordered same thing i got the day before at Abby Cafe and it was a thousand times better. Hash browns were golden not just heated up and mushy and the ingredients in the eggs were sautéed and not just added. Big tip.
