Super cool atmosphere. Great spot to stop on a summer or fall motorcycle ride or snowmobiling in the winter. The staff was great. They took time to talk with us, give us the history of the area, and even entice our picky 10 year old with the Saturday special bear claw. Great north woods atmosphere with lots of friendly regulars and newcomers alike.
What a great discovery in the Northwoods!! First time here and I highly recommend! Kim, our waitress, was so friendly and attentive. The patty melt, home made fries, bacon chicken wrap, and tator tots were all outstanding! I can’t wait to come back the next time we are in town! Thanks again for the northwoods hospitality!

There are two buildings one is an outdoor bar. That is a small building up on a hill, which has amazing views. The tavern itself is small and cozy inside with really cool log/wood furniture/tables and chairs.
Overall, a five star for atmosphere. Here is the part that isn’t so good and which is very disappointing.
