Ordered 3 cuts of prime rib for me and my family, all medium rare. They all came out very well done, so dry we could hardly chew. This has happened to us numerous times as we live close by and always wanted to give it an other shot because we once had a good steak there years ago. Never again this is the last time I spend over 100$ on steaks that are impossible to chew not mention we payed for 2 20oz primes that weighed at 15.5oz. Went to Green Hills log came in today not our first time. Dave is great very nice guy. The pizza was awesome. if you’re looking for some authentic Chicago style pizza this is the place.
