We hadn't had a good steak in ages and heard of Waters Edge Lodge so on a recent rainy Saturday evening we made the 20 minute trip to check it out. We were not disappointed, the steaks were generous, mouth watering flavorful and tender. The atmosphere was very comfortable, the view of Lake Lucerne enjoyable with the conversation leading us to plan another visit during the summer. Only gave 4 stars cause we only had salad bar, but that was very good.

We went on Friday evening. It was nice that they stay open late even off-season. The service was excellent from the host to the bus person. We had fish. It came with soup and salad bar. Three pieces of fish, honest to much food. The coating needed a little salt and I like rye bread or rolls with fish, a minor thing. We will go again when we are up North.
