The establishment's overall quality is not in question. However, today's experience did not meet the standards set by previous visits. The current ordering system, which involves placing orders at the bar, appears to be inefficient. While it is understood that this method is intended to expedite service, there were instances where the serving staff appeared to prioritize customers who arrived later, disregarding the order of arrival. Hilltop also included the salad bar, which included hot soup, hot buttered gizzards and warm bread sticks which were mmmmmmm.
