“I want to thank Blue (the door person during the pride parade). They were my savior! I got a long splinter under my thumb nail right before the parade started. He was so kind and helped me, in one of the most painful things I have gone through. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.“
“Great fun! 4 lane Duckpin bowling with pins set by hand! What more could you want? Cold beverages and a fabulous taco truck outside? Yup! We scored.“
“Go here all the time. Fantastic and fun atmosphere, and is my go to“

“Awesome place!! My uncle used to be part owner years ago and my mom worked there. Supposedly I was conceived on the bar“
“Walked in as a stop before dinner. Everyone here was quietly watching Jeopardy on the tv and politely saying their answers. We grabbed a booth and joined in the fun. Services was great. Won a $1 off a pull tab and wished we could have stayed longer. Vibes are incredible.“
“Awesome atmosphere where everyone is friendly. Great owner and awesome bartenders! If you haven’t been here already, you need to go!!!“

“The Stone might be the friendliest bar in Milwaukee. Before I settled my butt into a seat at the bar, someone welcomed me with a hello and a welcome. Soon, more of the customers ambled up to me to talk about a myriad of subjects. This was an eclectic crowd, and obviously, all were welcome. These days, I'm invariably the oldest cat in the joint, but no one at the Stone seemed to notice. Neither did my dark glasses or fedora cause people at The Stone to keep their distance. That was very cool because how I dress is often construed as pretentious in the down-to-earth confines of Milwaukee. However, the regulars at The Stone let my personality and discourse speak rather than my appearance. That meant a lot to me. I left The Stone knowing I always had a welcoming tavern to go to. What a wonderful feeling. The Stone is a special place. BTW, the drinks were fine, and the prices were good.“
“Came in on a Saturday around 1:30 Katy was working and was absolutely amazing. Made me the best bloody I've had all year then she even cut my pizza into squares AND triangles. Very accommodating and the service was beyond great. Thank you Katy“
“Stopped here for the first time a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it! The bar area itself was so neat, like from a postcard. Bar area was big and clean.
Stage and music area was nice and sound was good from the show I saw. TVs are an iconic touch.“
“Stopped in to play pool and grab a drink of bourbon. Dom was awesome to us. We were stopping in on the way home to TN and wanted to hit a game of pool. $1 in quarters and got change broken for us. Cash only but they got an ATM - just in case it's your first time through. It was a great stop in Milwaukee!“
“10 out of 10 drinks and magic!“
“Great Hospitality! So happy we stumbled upon this place. Bartender Triple B (aka Chris) was amazing and very friendly.“
“Bloody Mary gurus! Great bartenders“
“The most wonderful bartender Sunday night!!! That girl needs a raise! Thank you for making our night in town!“
“Amazing place to hang out“
“Had a good time .. Drinks were awesome and they treat the patrons good...will most definitely be back“
“Like stepping into my grandpa's basement - wood paneling, old beer signs. Cozy little bar with nice folks and reasonable prices. Had a great time here with friends and had nice conversations with the bartender and a few of the regulars.“
“My reasons for this review are twofold. One Island to communicate what an amazing vibe this place has is the quintessential deadhead bar in the best way possible if you love 60s and 70s posters this is the place. There's always cool live music happening here and the beers are such a good.Do you guys allow people to hang promotional flyers for art events?“

“Stopped in on a whim for the first time on Saturday night with a group of people while out bar hopping. I'm a big fan of dives and this place didn't disappoint. Decent prices on domestics, great (juke box) music, welcoming locals and overall fun atmosphere. Will be back!“

“Been coming to Y-Not Tavern 2 pretty often over the past year - easily one of my favorite bars in Milwaukee. Super chill spot with cheap beer that actually tastes good (even for a German lol), free popcorn, pool tables, and just overall good vibes. The bartenders are awesome and the people are always fun to hang with. Always a good time here!“
“Super clean. An interesting experience for sure.“
“Cover was $7 with $5 ciders plus tip. Very reasonably priced drinks and safe, comfortable atmosphere.
Covered and walled smoking section that felt more like a garage and protected from the elements/ wisconsin weather. Also, I must note that it never felt like I was in a smoking room. About 10% or less of the people in the smoking area were smoking each time we went out there.“
“We had gone up and down Brady Street trying out a few of the bars; we stopped in here and ended up staying the remainder of the night. It has a dive bar feel, but with more young adult patrons than not. There are some games to play: skee ball, darts, air hockey, giant connect 4, pool. Looked like there may have been some bar food like pizza and popcorn, but I didn't get any. There was a touch tunes, so you can play DJ if you want. Overall, we had a lot of fun here compared to some of the overcrowded bars nearby. (:“

“We had my birthday brunch at Oak Barrel and it couldn't have gone any smoother! They saved the day after another well-known MKE restaurant completely ghosted us just 2-weeks before the date. Communication with Mackenzie and booking could not have gone any better. We had the entire upstairs area to ourselves plus we were able to order off the actual brunch menu (which I LOVE). Our bartender, Danny, was amazing, attentive and provided excellent service to our guests. There were several other staff members helping out (I didn't get their names unfortunately) who were all amazing. This was the first time at Oak Barrel for a lot of our friends and family and they said they would definitely be back. Excellent food, great venue & spectacular service - they really made my birthday special.“

“Had some time on my hands and was driving by and noticed that the bar was open and decided to stop in for a quick beer and to use the facilities . Swift Kick is a fairly small and simple corner establishment with a one of those neat horse shoe shaped bars with the back bar in the center , you can see pretty much everyone that is there and I thought that was nice . The woman behind the bar was very nice and was eager to ask how she could be of service . The afternoon that I stopped seemed to have an older clientele and they were all friendly . It's clean and I would certainly stop in again if in the area . Parking is all on the street . If ya like quaint little spots , stop by and check out theSwift Kick Pub .“
