I love this place. The food is so amazing and the prices are very reasonable. Portions are also pretty big. The fries are so well seasoned and you can tell they actually put effort into them which is rare these days. The rum cake and caramel brownie cheesecake things are probably the best desserts I've had at a restaurant in awhile. And of course, the service is amazing, very kind people.
I just had another fantastic fish fry tonight! I picked up a to go order and as always the food is absolutely delicious, the fish is perfectly fried, the fries were nice and crispy, and still hot by the time I got home. The staff is always polite, courteous and helpful. Keep up the great job!

Our group of six were from Southern WI and Northern MN. We had full orders of Salads, Brat Burgers (with spicy mustard from Chetek, WI), corned beef & cabbage (almost St Patrick's Day). Everyone was completly satisfied with these taste meals and have left overs for later:) We would highly recommend Louie's on the Lake as a destination stop!!!!
