Brought my dog to the groomer and had some time to kill. My friend and I stopped in for the first time today. Great people, great service and good eats! Even mentioned a menu item to my husband sounded so good I got him some to go. He said it was the best fire roasted tomato soup he’s ever had. Driven through Cumberland so many times wondering what I was going to eat for breakfast. Now I know. Peter and Annie’s is a pretty neat little coffee and breakfast spot. Great coffee options and simple but delicious breakfast/lunch options.
I went with the eggs over easy, toast and sausage gravy/biscuit. Egg were cooked perfectly. Toast is unique but tasty. And sausage gravy and biscuit hit the spot.

They kindly accommodated my lactose and gluten dietary restrictions. It is hard to find quick gluten and lactose free meals while traveling through northern Wisconsin. This place is a godsend.
