Some things are sacred in the fast food industry. One of those is ketchup. The ketchup here is clearly cut DEEP with water. I’m not even saying a little water wouldn’t be acceptable. I get it. You’re trying to save some cash. This ketchup is probably 50% added water. It literally sloshes around in those little white paper cups. I did leave a pretty bad review about the main street branch of arbys to the point that I had to call this store and talk to the manager of this store to try to get something done and even though this was not at all this arbys problem the Manager on duty at the store by the name of JJ was AMAZING!!!! as well as the lady that was covering for the district manager Freddy at the time during his vacation just a night and day difference of the same store I will drive to this store...
