Every single time I go here there is an issue. Happened again this weekend. I go in on Saturday around noon and of course they are out of most bagels (this is ALL the time). They are open until 2 or 2:30 so it makes zero sense to be out of product that early. I place an order for Sunday at 8am and pay for it in advance. I had bagels delivered.. just a bagel with cream cheese and a just veggies bagel on a plain bagel.. the just veggies bagel was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. I called them and they said that it shouldn’t be spicy at all and that I should just come down there and get another one. I said there is a reason I paid for delivery so why don’t you just bring me a new one.. nope we’re sorry. I don’t think I will ever recommend or go to this place ever again. I ordered their turkey sandwich. This is what I got. Barely one piece of turkey, no Mayo lettuce or tomato as it indicates on the menu. My kids got blueberry bagels with cream cheese and there was BARELY any cream cheese and they were hard as a rock. DISGUSTINGLY disappointed
