“We had an awesome time with our visit. The food was amazing and it was out to us in a matter of 15 minutes of walking in the door. Great server by the name of Alex. When I remember his name I will edit my review however I just wanted him to know he was great and we couldn't have gotten a better person to wait on our table. He was definitely Hispanic and when I do get his name from my wife later today I will add him to the post. He was well mannered and very patient with everyone we had whom had a big appetite the day of our visit. If I could give a ten star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would. He definitely deserves it. “Great experience ordering catering online from Erbert and Gerbert's! I called day of to verify delivery time, and they were already on their way! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was polite and helpful. They even helped me load up my cart to take the food inside. Food tasted amazing, and everything arrived as expected.“

“Hello friends. My day started off rough. I thought that getting some noodles and company would make my day better. I ordered some food for pick up, and when I got there, I realized I had ordered it to the wrong location! Instead of having to drive 20 minutes to go get it, they made me an entire new meal for free! They saved me a total of $50. I am beyond grateful for the staff at this location. Overall, the place was very clean and had great service. Overall, this is an amazing place.“

“I frequent this location as it is close-by to me and convenient. Which is great for me because I very much enjoy how well I’m treated here by each and every team member.

Everytime I enter, I’m greeted with a smile and friendliness. I regularly see the owner hop in the line and work alongside her employees which I think is really cool. I love how well they work together and how well they all seem to enjoy their jobs together. Everyone who I’ve interacted with here has been so nice, friendly, and helpful. And my food is always done well and right.

At other similar sub shops nearby, I’ve found myself having to pick off and throw away the produce from my sand-which because it’s wilting or not cleaned well. I never have that problem here. They are generous with meat portions and produce and will gladly add extra mayo for me (which they do anytime they see me now because I’m basically just mayo girl lol).“

“decided to give another panera a try, this is exactly what a new vibe for panera should be, updated but still cozy! not sure why west bend, wi was able to lose sight of the ambiance panera strategically created, but glad that there are many paneras that are newly built and retaining the reason people come inside, COZY HANG OUT.“

“First time here and I have to say I really enjoyed their cheddar broccoli soup, my husband liked his home style chicken noodle soup as well. The briquettes were half way decent as was their steak sandwich. The only issue I had was that I thought they could wipe the tables more often. We did have to hunt for a clean table. We would go again, the soups were good. 😉“
