I want to send a very heart warming thank you out to the girl in the drive through window this morning❤️ I lost my grandfather last night.. & was having a rough morning… she noticed & gave me my drink for free in hopes I would have a better day! I didn’t get her name but I truly hope she sees this review to see how wonderful of a person she is. & how much I appreciate her kind heart and gesture!

We had a wonderful experience tonight at our local DePere WI Starbucks. Not only did the cashier (team leader) remember my family from the last time we visited (awhile ago), she even remembered our small talk discussion how we both grew up in the same small town. What an amazing worker you have to have such a great memory and customer service skills. She excels in building relationships with customers and you should be so proud to have her as part of your team. In addition...
