I got there at a busy time so i understand the rush. but, my brown sugar shaken espresso tasted like straight milk. Which is disappointing because it’s really only supposed to come with more of a splash unless specified otherwise. Anyways, the staff was nice and i will return but ill have to let them know not to put so much.
Want to express how amazing & kind the staff is at this location! I ordered my drink for pick-up at the wrong location after having the worst morning seeing my distress they took care of me. I definitely needed the extra kindness today, thank you so much!!
Just moved to West De Pere and this became my nearest Starbucks. I’m very thankful because it is very efficient with a great staff! I’ve had the pleasure of having Derek take my order multiple times in the drive thru and he always makes it such a personalized and memorable experience!
