Drumstick Blizzard 💯
The service was not good the employee at the window was rude we had ordered a couple blizzards and the motto on the sign says if not tipped upside down the next one is free well he didn't do that and said he couldn't because he put a cover on it of which I have never seen before and besides that is not the point we didn't ask for it to be covered and he didn't tipped it upside down so the next one should of been free he said there was nothing he could do about which is bs

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a family-friendly spot known for its great treats and satisfying meals. The staff is attentive, and the manager is praised for encouraging the team. The food is always fast and good, with a variety of options like burgers and ice cream. The location offers good parking and is wheelchair accessible. Even on busy days, customers can expect a satisfying meal and excellent service.
Recent reviews mention the hardworking and friendly employees, who provide great customer service. However, some customers have been disappointed with the quality of the burgers, describing them as worse than school lunches. After a period of long wait times and wrong orders, the restaurant seems to have improved, with customers now recommending it for its friendly staff, normal order speed, and clean environment. While the service can be slow at times, the overall experience at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is generally positive.
