I am extremely disappointed with the service as well as the lack of follow through. I went to the Depere on a Saturday and waited over 30 minutes for a coffee flight. It was not overly busy at that time. I decided that I was no longer going to wait so I very politely asked the woman behind the counter to refund my money. The coffee is overly bitter, customer service is lacking, shop is uncomfortable and baked goods lack flavor. There are too many great coffee shops in the area that I will be spending my money at. The owner clearly lacks any common sense in managing a business
