“I was at the DeForest Culver in DeForest, WI, for a meet & greet date. The front end of the store where you ordered food was clean & orderly. Employees all had proper uniforms & were clean. The order taker was friendly & greeted us with a pleasant smile. Our food was ordered w/o incident. The soda fountain was clean, & all soda dispensers’ were in working order & clean. Ample lids & condiments were in their designation. Once again, clean & orderly. When the server was bringing our order out, it turned out to have the incorrect order number on it. After walking around trying to find our table, the server asked what we ordered? It was our food. The food was still hot & we enjoyed the meal. Four stars were given due to the mix up of the order number & delay of receiving our order.

The sitting area had several tables that were yet to be cleaned. As I was sitting down at a table, I noticed a special needs individual. He came out & started to clean off the table & sweep the floor. He was also talking to himself loudly.The individual would come up on our table with the broom where we would have to lift our feet due to the broom being taken under our feet. He was also talking to himself; of which, we didn’t care until it was vocalized quite loud right beside us. This, would interfere in our conversation(s). He made it a point to stay & clean right next to us. Very distracting. This is why I gave the “Atmosphere,”three stars.

To sum up our visit, the meals came out suitable, even with the incorrect order number; of course, fresh.The distraction of the employee in the seating area was a bit hindering. I wouldn’t expect it any other way from Culver’s. All-in-all, the meet & great, the food turned out good & a clean Culver’s made an excellent evening. I would highly recommend the DeForest Culver’s. “By far the best Wendy's my family and I have ever been to! The food was prepared so quickly with accuracy, nice and hot with yummy crunchy fries. The team was very friendly with a customer service vibe. We appreciate all the condiments, napkins and sea salt packets. Highly recommend!“

“I went last week through the drive through and the wait was a little long and they forgot my pasta so I went in and as it turns out there was a guy giving them a little trouble and only two people working at that time which I completely understand working afternoon rush with two people is not fun at all one of the workers Ben (I think) seemed to be just clocking after I had been waiting for a little while and he got me my pasta supa fast and handled the front counter very efficiently afterwards Thank you for the pasta and refill😎 the other two workers also handled the problem before me composed and respectfully returning to the back to get the guys food out“

“Was a little worried because I saw a lot of 1 star comments.
But I have to say this is one of the better McDonald's I have been to.
The place is huge and clean. Workers were sweeping and moping. The place looked excellent.
The food was served fast and fresh. The fries were hot, and everyone was nice. If I had to say one negative was that the ketchup dispenser wasn't working, so I had to use the small packets.
Other than that, it was a great experience.“

“The restaurant was exceptionally clean and well kept except for some of the drink dispensers were really low (iced tea lemonade, etc).

They are essentially a slightly less good 5 guys, but also priced much more reasonably.

The biggest point of contention for me was the fries, which were *extremely* soggy, albeit fresh and tasty. I confirmed with the staff thats just how they're supposed to be. To reiterate, they were very good but the texture may not be everyone's cup of tea.“

“I have been waiting for quite some time to try a smash burger. Now I understand what all the hype is about.... Sooooo good! Next time, I'm definitely trying the Nashville Chicken. Thomas was the gentleman on the grill and he came out to ask how my food was...5 stars, keep killin' it!“

“Absolutely perfect rest stop on the way to the Wisconsin Dells (iykyk)! We stopped for the supercharger and were able to take a lovely break for everyone to stretch out their legs. Super tasty food. The crispiest tots. An impossible burger for all my veg friends. They even gave us extra tots! They brought out and cleaned the high chair for us. Truly an amazing experience for what we thought would just be a rest stop.

“First time dining here. Great food and atmosphere. On a side note… To a beautiful lady. You were the beautiful woman dining—maybe with your mom—at “a restaurant by the river”. We locked eyes, shared a smile, and you held the door for me as we walked out. I wanted to introduce myself but got a little nervous. When you turned around after walking away, I knew I missed my chance. If you see this, I’d love a second one.“
