We ordered 2 bowls, queso, and guacamole for takeout. We got home a d realized one of the bowls was missing. We called and asked for a refund for the missing bowl, because we don't live close enough for it to be worth it to go back and pickup the bowl once they made it. They said no to a refund.

Wasn't my regular go to QDOBA. It was very clean in appearance. A couple of guys just sitting around though. Another was walking out as I came in. I spoke,and he didn't. Finally someone jumped to attention and began making my bowl. As he did he said something in Spanish to some people in the back, and they laughed. Making me feeling cautionary about my food. I chalked up as youth. The food turned out to be good. But, I doubt I'll return to this particular QDOBA....

We stop for takeaway, never eat in. Prices are very expensive for fast food, but it's my grandson's favorite. Burritos and bowls are mostly rice & beans with a small amount of meat. Steak fajita is usually good. Citrus lime Chicken Salad is good when the veggies are fresh. Street Tacos are itty bitty, and no soft corn tortillas.
