This place is great. The speakeasy is a must! What made it most enjoyable is having to find out how to get in with all of the clues. Staff was super helpful when my wife and I needed a hint. It was right in front of our faces! It really made for a great experience for the evening and we felt like we accomplished something that no one around us knew about! Thanks for the memories!

I adore the cozy greenhouse coffee bar in the back. It's a great way to start your day. Quick and friendly service. Good balanced cup of black drip coffee, not too strong or weak. The pumpkin latte was a little too sweet for my taste but once I blended the black drip coffee with the latte it was perfect! ?

We tried the new location in Delavan. We were excited to see they have a small lunch menu. What a disappointment! The food was expensive and very basic and the person who brought it out was extremely unhelpful when we asked for napkins. I had to line up at the counter where only one staff member was working to get a napkin! The venue was nice and inviting but unfortunately our experience wasn't!

Very cute and quaint place. The muffin was delicious, but I was disappointed in my cappuccino. It had no flavor at all, so I asked for more flavor added, but it still tasted like water with a little whip cream added. I felt like they forgot to put coffee in it. I will give them another chance, because how cute the place is.
We had our wedding at boxed and burlap and it was an absolute dream! The perfect venue with an indoor/outdoor feel and we heard nothing but compliments from all our guests about how great it was. The coffee shop being right on site for getting ready coffees was a game changed for me and my girls! The staff was so great the whole day and we had no complaints!! Only downside for us personally was there was little flexibility in bar packages that weren’t one of their set options. Which was not a huge deal but something to note. Overall amazing place to grab coffee with some friends or have your wedding!!

Boxed and Burlap is an absolute dream. We got married here a week ago and I’m so happy we made the decision to use their beautiful venue. The staff was so sweet, communicative and helpful. Our guests also loved having the coffee house onsite to enjoy while they ate their cake. Having the Batton House on-site to get ready made our day run smoothly as well. I really liked the unique modern decor, friendly service, coffee and food (see pictures)! The Art Class area was another very unique and quality aspect to the building (see attached video). The coffee was delivered in a timely manner and was great...this is a great place to stop and relax with your morning caffeine fix. The food delivery (slow, at the counter with a confusing tag identifying whose it was and the order wasn't complete) was the reason for the 2* rating in Service. They really need to get this figured out if they want to be successful, as there was a waiting line of clearly frustrated customers trying to figure out which was theirs, when the order might be coming, etc. If you don't want to deal with that frustration, just stick with the coffee and pastries in the display case. For our lunch, my wife ordered the Mediterranean Salad with Chicken (see picture) and I went with the Cilantro Lime Mango Salad (see picture). Both of these tasted fantastic - I really liked the Cilantro Lime Mango Salad and the warm tortilla on the side was a great complement! Our friend ordered the Turkey Club (see picture) and really liked it also. His came out much earlier than the rest of the order without a person's name on the slip...so we believe he picked up someone else's sandwich as another was delivered later and sat on the counter unclaimed for quite some time. This is a top-notch place for coffee and the food options are unique and delicious. Be forewarned though that the counter food delivery is slow, confusing and frustrating.
