Look up the owner Michael Deutsch's record on ccap. I wouldn't recommend this place if there was a ww1 era cannon pointed at my head.
Chef Kim Buyse delivers insanely beautiful flavors, stunning plating, and perfect execution in the seven course offering. What he is creating is special and I cannot wait to see him continue to develop his voice through his food in the months and seasons to come. This may be the blossoming of a new center of haute cuisine in the Midwest, and the potential to be Michelin-star worthy down the line. I can't wait to come back!
Glad we tried it but won't go back. The food was OK and the wine list was OK as well. White wine heavy which isn't my preference and the food I found to be under seasoned. The souffle at dessert was not fully cooked and had fallen by the time it made it to the table. Cute place but not worth the drive and the price.
