I was in the wedding party at a wedding this weekend, the venue was beautiful but the staff were rude. I overheard a lot of complaints about things they didn’t have at the bar (i.e. Red Bull, etc). I watched a drink get spilled on the dance floor and workers ignored it. All of the brides decorations weren’t put out. Things weren’t done in the order the bride requested. The DJ wouldn’t play any requested songs and set a playlist (not one the bride requested) and sat in the corner and read a book. The only thing that was beyond expectation was the food!

I fully intended to write a 5 star review (despite the bride and groom not receiving several contracted services) until the end of the night. let me start with the positive but read until the end. First, Autumn, our day of coordinator was absolutely AMAZING! Autumn went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. From finding a great hairdresser when ours no-showed (don’t book beaut by Gemma) to watching weather and all the minor details in between, Autumn made sure our bride stressed over nothing. Mind you, the bride was the most easy going bride you could ask for and let everything roll off her shoulders.
The venue was absolutely beautiful and the wait staff was great. The flowers were gorgeous and tied all the colors together beautifully.
I had bragged this place up since my daughter booked due to their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our cultural needs. I’ve been a walking billboard for nearly a year. The day of the event, I was still singing their praises and let all the guests know how the staff made sure we were well cared for.
Then came the end of the night. We were told to start cleaning up the bridal suite at 10:30. We started at 10:20. The last 40 minutes consisted of utter chaos on behalf of the staff and owners.
First, a tall, slender, male staff person did not like the fact there was a handful of TP on the dance floor. He tried to share his concern with the DJ (who was also amazing) and another staff member. When neither shared his concern, he became angry. He proceeded to stomp around and yelling at guests. He also accused one guest of leaving with a wine glass when they didn’t have one.
One staff member dropped a coffee pot, spilling coffee on a guest. When another guest offered to help her clean it up, she yelled at the guests to get out of her way.
When the bride announced it was time to leave and let people know where to join them afterwards, the bartender visibly and loudly clapped in joy, despite her multiple jars of tips throughout the night.
As if this was not enough, the owners entered and started yelling at the groom about the TP and accusing him of treating the facility like a “frat house”. Mind you, the bride and groom are in their early 30’s and are not “frat house” type of people. Gretch then proceeded to enter the bridal suite and asked me if I knew who was responsible for the toilet paper and informed me her cleaning crew was going to charge her an extra 500-700 dollars. I’m pretty sure her cleaning crew are staff members.
The officiant, the mother of the groom, and the mother of the bride offered to clean up the TP. All were told “don’t worry about it”. The mother of groom was also told the bride and groom would be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
It is completely unacceptable to aggressively approach a groom on his wedding day. The one staff and owners were completely disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. I will be sure any future bride I know avoids Rosewood.

I've been to a lot of weddings in my life, and this may very well be my favorite venue of all time. Everything here is incredible, from the service to the food and the views.And, have you ever seen a bespoke s'mores station before? I haven't, at least until I came here. Amazing.Also, it's family owned and operated, which is apparent in the attention to every detail.Honestly, I'm kind of jealous they get to hang out here in their down time. ?This place is exceptional in every sense of the word, and I'd definitely recommend it as the perfect venue for any occasion where you want the best at a reasonable price.

What can I say about Rosewood In Delevan, WI.? "One of the most amazing venues we've ever been to". The food is so phenomenal even our grandson (18)) years old said "it's the best food I've ever had!" and he is so picky. Mark & Gretchen Hladish's performance in their theatre show was absolutely amazing. I'd give this place the highest rating available. We will go again and again!

We went with a senior bus trip. Got there an hour before lunch. Had drinks ( good, but very expensive) Lunch was average. Meat was tough and fatty. Food was was warm(cool) expected on a buffet. pasta was excellent. Desserts, they ran out and not everyone got something. The cookies I had were burnt. Asked if more desserts coming and they says no!!! Guess people took more than 2. But they never should have put out burnt cookies. On another note, the performance was wonderful. Singing and background was excellent. Sure put me in a Christmas spirit

We just attended a wedding at this lovely place on Sunday May 29th.. and I will highly recommend it to everyone... staff and ownership were outstanding... Dustin and missy were extremely pleasant and made the experience that much more special for the groom and bride... If you wanna get married and feel at home I highly recommend booming here!!!

It was a fun evening and a good value for the money. Would have liked the entertainment of singers to last longer. Music at the end of the evening was a bit much and giving us a headache. Pizza and salad very good and sweet table amazing.
