I just wanted to give recognition to one of your employees named Taylor, who was working tonight. From the moment I came in until I left, the energy in the store was so positive. After a small interaction with someone, Taylor noticed something was off and went out of the way to make sure I was okay and asked if I needed anything (twice). We had excellent service, our order arrived quickly, and the staff was having so much fun and it was nice to see them working hard but still enjoying the job. It made for some really great energy and atmosphere in this Starbucks....and of course the drinks were the best!
I usually go to Starbucks to grab my matcha latte. I absolutely love their spring flavored lavender matcha latte! They are ALWAYS made to order, and their service is friendly and impeccable. They are my matcha addiction go-to!
