I recently visited the Delavan Lake Store and it quickly became my favorite spot in the area! Not only does it have a well-stocked grocery section with a big wine selection, coffee bar, and ice cream counter, but the bar side is amazing. They host open mic Fridays, which are always a blast, and local musicians on Saturdays. Martin Mondays are a great way to start the week, followed by 2 for Tuesdays and karaoke on Wednesdays. Always a great place to get a drink and see live music from local musicians and some traveling acts. I rented the lounge for my birthday and it was the perfect environment for my 30th birthday bash. Well worth it to stop in for a quick pint or an ice cream on a busier day or lovely to sit longer or rent at your convenience.
Stopped in for ice cream and the whole experience was kind of strange. There is a bar that is dimly lit off to the left that had a few patrons and a store to the right with the ice cream and Delavan Lake merch. A lot of the ice cream had freezer burn on the top, the lady scooping it was even struggling to chip away at a few. Everything seemed a little dirty and the smell was strange.
