When we arrived, the restaurant wasn't very busy so I was a little surprised that it took so long for us to get our drinks from the bar. Our server Carter was very sweet and apologized for the wait. he was always very accommodating, but We had to ask for the specials and bread for the table. He gave us wonderful suggestions on the menu. He also checked back often to see if everything was going well. We ordered the delicious beer cheese soup which we thought could have been...
The overall experience was nice minus the flies that kept landing on us and the food, and no we were not sitting outside we were inside overlooking the lake. And the huge spider web that was in the corner added to the decor. The food and service were great making up for these short comings would recommend.
The food was very good, especially the lobster pasta which was a huge serving and way more lobster than expected. The read highlight was our server, Kristine, who was outstanding and a great conversationalist, especially for someone that is serving a lot of tables.
