“We stopped in today and had an absolute blast of an experience. The owner and our waitress were so nice and friendly to chat with! With it being off season and a Monday, the atmosphere was surprisingly chill. We unexpectedly didn't even have to wait!I had the Norweigan hot cakes (do not skip the jalopenos--so good!) and my husband had the stuffed hasbrowns with two eggs on top. Cannot say enough about how excellent the food was. Also the bacon and bread on the side were just as good as the main dishes. Treat yourself to some Mac N Cheese bites to start! We will 100% be back and cannot wait till next time!”

“Staying at the campground nearby and walked over for dinner. They were very busy. The bar was full and only one table left. That being said it could not have been a better experience. Our waitress was attentive and stayed on top of everyone’s orders. Fish and chips were delicious.”

“So there I was, getting dragged to this place from Duluth because my buddy wanted to check it out. I didn’t have high expectations. He’s always saying “[insert restaurant] has the best [insert menu item] I’ve ever had. There’s probably a dozen places that have “the best pizza he’s ever had”. I no longer trust him.However, he knocked this recommendation out of the park. Go there and order anything they make in house (or a frozen pizza if you’re lame). I got the Udon noodle special (I think the meat was brisket) and he got ribs with beer battered fries. Both were awesome. Super friendly couple that own the place (and the wife is pretty cute ?). Good atmosphere and great views of the lake too. Try em out.”

“Great place.. everyone was friendly, they all would talk to you and include you in as you are a regular. Definitely a place to stop when your in area. Food was excellent, you could tell deep fryer is cleaned regular. Decent drink and reasonably”

“Great place to go and have a great time with family and friends. Honest and dependable service with an awesome group of patrons, that make you feel at home. They have events for every season from mudding to snowmobiling with an indoor and outdoor bar. This is a must stop and stay awhile on your next visit. I know I'm coming back again and again.”

“Literally the best A&W I’ve ever been to had a crazy Labor Day weekend and they accommodated us on everything. We had a few hiccups yes but you know what we got everything we wanted. They made sure we got everything we wanted and the staff and the service was amazing, and I honestly could not be happier with the way things went go to this place you will not be disappointed”
