Bad service. Forgot a fry. Get home to find a burger missing a patty. Asked for no cheese on the burgers and they put that on. Bacon was old and crappy. Two other burgers didn’t even have ketchup on. New management is a must. Getting bad there!!!!

Old lady working first window was pissed that I had 1 card for 2 orders. Otherwise food and service from 2nd window was amazing.

So after getting parked for our order. The employee dropped our bag of food while on the way to our car. Turned around and went back inside. After more time we had to go in to get our order. They didn't even start remaking it. The whole time the ripped bag of food was still laying on the sidewalk where the employee dropped it. And the manager was wandering around while on a cell phone. Ridiculous. No discount was offered. This ordeal took over 20+ minutes. Nothing but disappointment and regret. I guess I should have lower expectations.

Hrs are not correct, pulled in about 10 pm in semi walked up door was locked and they were closed, needs to update their hrs.

Tables were dirty. During the entire transaction, staff didn't even speak to me. No Hi, no thanks, no nothing.

Today they they charged my credit card too much! They did not care and lied about the situation.. Terrible customer service ! Don't waste your time or money going to the McDonald's in Denmark Wisconsin. RUN !
