Driving through southwestern Wisconsin we decided to give Bob a try. Nestled in a nice downtown area of Dodgeville, Bob’s is a busy place with an obviously good reputation. The restaurant is larger than the facade lets on with many booths and a bar area. We were seated promptly, served graciously, and promptly without fuss. Had the Que for two (or 3). Man was it a lot of food. The stands were the pork chop $
& sausage. The other meat items were good, but when you’ve eaten bbq all over and at some of the best places in the world, it’s hard to beat those places.
The servers were top notch. They had Speckler root beer in the bottle. Looked to have a good beer selection and I notified two NA beers (Athletic Brewing & Heineken) on the menu. The atmosphere was busy and the...
