Salmon Bruschetta Salad

& sausage. The other meat items were good, but when you’ve eaten bbq all over and at some of the best places in the world, it’s hard to beat those places.

At its core, Bob's is a solid BBQ joint with a cliche atmosphere - (lots of TVs playing sports stuff to distract from human connection). But that's not to say it's a negative. In particular, for a small town like Dodgeville, it's a unique gem. Portions are hearty, side options are abundant (sweet potato fries AND sweet potato tots among them), and the service was great on all my visits. I don't go very often but food is great and so are the employees and look forward to the food every time even though the menu changes every so often at least some things on it do. The 50/50 is grate along with the Q fries and cheese curds and baked beans. The chicken is also grate
