Paid almost $60 for 5 meals. Shakes were melted after we had to go back to counter and remind them they forgot them. Got home and one complete order was missing. Called (10/22) and was told we'd get a refund. Have stopped 3 times to talk to managers because still nothing refunded (1/7/23). No managers will come talk to a customer. Our mixers were made incorrectly (incorrect ingredients and they only mixed at the top), the gluten-free buns were dry and crumbly, we were given no catchup or mayonnaise for the burgers. We also ordered coleslaw but did not receive any. Normally , we have very good Culver’s experiences but today was definitely not one of them.
