Self service only. You must use a kiosk to order and pay. Some of the condiments were empty and the bottoms of the bins were dirty. Self serve soda had water/liquid all over the counter and over half of the tables needed to be wiped off as well. Our food was good though, you just have to overlook everything else.
I stopped by this Taco Bell after a wedding. This Taco Bell was surprisingly better than most, especially when compared to the ones in Milwaukee and Madison. Service was friendly and fast too. Would come back here again if I didn’t live so far away.
When you enter, there are 2 kiosks where you enter your order. On the day I was there, 1 kiosk was not working. Had to wait about 20 minutes to place my order. Several people left without ordering. There were no employees working the counter cash register. Only cashier was working at the drive through window which was very busy. Once the order was placed, it was ready in less than 2 minutes and tasted fine. Seating area is small so I was able to hear people getting frustrated...
