We have been to Richard’s a few times over the past few years and have always had a very nice time and meal but our visit tonight it was terrible. The prime rib was very tough, the ribs were dry and tasted like they were old, the shrimp Alfredo dishes the kids ordered were super salty, and our waitress was more concerned with sitting at a table and talking to the customers instead of waiting on our table. yes but . .. you have to set your expectations. it's not a hilton. it's old. not been updated in 50 years or so. the room was clean. food ? it's a supper club style place. again dated but clean. the food was good. chicken Alfredo liked. pizza liked. drinks? it's a bar lol. staff was nice. service good.
Watched a Packer game at the bar several weeks ago. We are newcomers to the area and really appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the patrons. Fun atmosphere, great food and excellent brandy old fashions!!

The BLT is large and tasty, and guests enjoy the friendly atmosphere and attentive service from the owners. The bar and dining area create a fun place to watch sports, including Packers games. The restaurant is well-known for its incredible pizza, which many believe to be the best they have had in a long time, though the Flatbread pizza is no longer available. After a long UTV ride, visitors appreciate the huge meals at reasonable prices, and the food consistently impresses. The clean rooms have good hot water but are somewhat dated and in need of updating from the 80s. The location is ideal for ATV/UTV and snowmobile enthusiasts. While breakfast is no longer served, the supper club remains a welcoming stop for those coming off the ATV trail or making a detour. Although the inside is slightly dated and some bathrooms could use improvement, the overall experience is enjoyable, with fantastic drinks and delicious food.
