I ordered a margarita at this establishments state fair location and it tasted terrible—completely undrinkable after just one sip. I asked the bartender if I could exchange it for something else and was told no, that I had to speak with the owner. The owner came out and was extremely rude, saying there were no refunds or exchanges, regardless of the situation. We celebrated our wedding and retirement at Knuckleheads last Saturday. Had about 100 guests. Scott and his crew were amazing. They made planning and set up very easy. The food was amazing. Everyone loved it! The girls behind the bar did a fantastic job taking care of our thirsty guests. We got several compliments of how great a place Knuckleheads is. Thank you for everything!
