worse cousins subs ever ordered ham and cheese asked to warm it he said they couldn't did have a way, but microwave was right there only got 2 pieces of meat on the sandwich bread was hard, horrible every other cousins is great this one needs to close down. if there not gonna meet the cousins standard they need to go

I used to work here during high school and this place was clean, we provided good service and a good atmosphere. I went in today and have known it’s been under new management. The subs weren’t horrible but they turned the grill off early 35 min before close so we couldn’t get the sounds we wanted . Ordered the Mac and cheese since I’ve never had it and it smelt and tasted spoiled. This is ridiculous.

Under new management…first impression is the place smells like a smoke shop. The Incense was rather over whelming to dine in. Only people in there and it took almost 15 minutes to throw 2 subs together. Cashier brought our food to the table and smelled like Body Oder so bad the smell lingered for a good minute. I won’t be returning to this place. Call me a Karen but obviously cleanliness of employees is not a priority and they try to cover the smell quite well.

Ordered food at 4:45 they called me at 5:00 and said they refunded my money as they closed. They will never make it closing early.
horrible service under new management. Made my order sub a cheese fries. I assume the owner came and asked me if I asked for cheese fries and I said yes they put my order in for regular fries and not cheese whatever. THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR THERE MISTAKE. Won’t be going there again.
