My favorite pizza around! Moved here from Seattle and happy to find a worthy replacement for great wood fire pizza! I’m a big fan of the pesto sauce, now I can’t go back to tomato sauce pizza. Staff is friendly, prices are good, always leave with leftovers to enjoy the next day!
My wife and I have a bit of an obsession with Neopolitan pizza. Our pizza from Sauced was fantastic! I’d put it up against any other Neopolitan pizza in the Midwest. And admittedly we’ve tried the best from Minneapolis to Chicago to Naples itself. We usually get one classic margherita, because the simple combination of tomatoes, basil, fresh mozzarella, and a fresh baked crust is one of those few perfect foods when done correctly, and they do it correctly here. Love this pizza spot! If you want fresh ingredients & a delicious crust that is Neapolitan style, this is the place for you. The salads are also fresh & amazing! Will definitely be back!
