I used the app to place my to go order. My order was freshly prepared, accurate, and ready at the scheduled time. It was served to me by a friendly staff member. The noise level here was pleasant for BW's.

My kids got food off the kids menu and chose the non Spiciest food and it was all still spicy. The waiter sucked only checked on us once! took forever to order and get our food. Will not go back. The wall was dirty and had food on it. Disgusting!!

EXTREMELY slow with doordash orders. Not worth delivering food for.
Edit: Decided to dash for this restaurant again and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before an employee helped me. Countless employees walked by and completely ignored me. Absolutely awful experience every single time

We had a bad service the food was salty and the server was mad or something was going on that she was mad and was not giving a good service if she don’t want to work their don’t even work their so she can give a bad service get better staff

Bartender was fast and friendly. Typical BWW food. Food was nothing to get excited over, but it hit the spot. I do really wish BWW as a whole would drop their beer prices.

My server Aaron was very good. He got my lemonades very quickly and made sure I always had one. The food was kind of shitty and hard as hell, but that’s expected at this point.

It was really busy when I went so I understood that maybe the waitresses wouldn’t have time to come and check up on us. However, there was a family that came a little later than we did and their waitress came to check on them so many times.

We were there around 6ish and didn’t leave until 7:30. We were seated in the very front with 6 chairs. The waitress that we had, did not have good customer service. I felt like I barely saw her the two hours I was there.

I understand that it can get busy during dinner hours but other families came later than us and they had better customer service than we did.

Went out for dinner tonight and was immediately greeted by the kindest hostess I’ve ever encountered, Mallory. She asked if we wanted a booth or table; when we said booth; she also made sure we’d be okay with sitting by a baby, which I thought was such a kind touch! Once we were seated, she even went out of her way to give me a sweet compliment which completely made my whole day!! Our server Adam was also amazing and made sure our visit enjoyable as well. Huge shout out to Mallory though for being such a breath of fresh air and such a kind person!! :)

I have never had a negative experience with a waiter here! Jordyn has by far been my favorite server. She was very friendly and upbeat, and the whole party loved her energy. Hopefully she can be recognized for her awesome service!

The food is always good but they forget stuff for take out often. One time 3 orders fries missing. Last time half wings missing. They correct it but you have to go back
