Have had Kayleigh as our server on multiple occasions, most recently last Thursday. She always provides amazing service no matter how busy. Whenever we come in, we always hope she’s working because we know our service will be that much more spectacular. Go in and see Kayleigh and get some delicious food! I am blown away at how sloppy my order was! The wings was overly cooked, fries was hard and I didn’t get my drink 29$ for this mess?!!! Never again!!! NOT TI MENTION The reviews that say anything good have to be the restaurant reviews because ain’t no way all these negative reviews and they are even still on DoorDash. They should be ashamed of there self. WOW ! WOW! WOW

We spent just under $100 for 2 kids meals, 1 sandwich and 15 wings. With that price the service and quality need work. It was very slow service. The drinks didn’t all come at once and we had to keep reminding them each time they came back that drinks were still missing. 1 half filled ranch for 15 wings is an absolute crime. I asked for two more but was close to being done by the time we got those. Also I was shorted 1 wing. Kids meals were microwaved at best. So many other better wing places nearby and for much less. None of the TVs had subtitles and no way anyone can hear them.

My girl and I had some time to burn so we stopped in to for dinner. We went with the onion rings to start and then some traditional bone in wings... Hands down they were the best. Very good, for sure we will be back!

My boyfriend and I have never had such poor service from a Buffalo Wild Wings. Our waitress was initially attentive and prompt with our beverages and taking our order and then we were basically ignored. After we got our food (which had an issue with it), and we were out of water, we had to flag down the waitress to get her attention. She fixed our food order but after ten more minutes of no water refills, we finally flagged down the GM to address our issue, ask for more water, the bill and boxes. She gave us the bill and boxes but made us wait for the waitress to come back to fill our waters. We then had the bill ready for over ten minutes when we just got up to pay at the to go order booth. That employee was kind and actually apologized for the poor service. Two stars only for that employee and the wings we got were delicious.
We had an exceptional experience with Isaiah as our server. He took orders for a party of 15 based on where we were sitting at the table and took it on himself to organize them onto five (5) separate bills at the end of the meal. He and his helpers were super friendly and kept us filled with beverages and not waiting on anything. A superb overall experience!

I am here on a work trip and I was craving some wings so I went to the bar to put my order in, and the bartender took my order, then the people next to me, and submitted it...I noticed she knew everyone else too by first name...everyone else got their food and I waited for at least 10-15 minutes before I said something, and she walked by me so many times cause I was one of the first at the bar and didn't even think about my meal! She eventually brought out half my wings saying these are fresh the others are being cooked, but those wings were colder than the snow outside...they play favorites at this place and never going back

Food was okay, but the service was really really bad. At least 8 staff members walked right past us making eye with us and clearly ignoring us every time. We watched other people that were behind us coming in get served right away. We had to stop a waitress and ask her if anyone got our order because we felt like the only way we were gonna get any service was through the app and even still the waitress was clueless about that and inevitably brought us the wrong food. With all the technology you have the least you could do was have R2D2 bring us some water when we first sat down, but no...we sat there for at least 30 minutes getting ignored. Also the place is super dark, we felt like we needed miner helmets just to see anything

1st: First time we went there . There was knowbody standing at the counter to take any orders. I tried to wave at any employee to get help to place and order.After about 10 minutes a cook came out of the door and I asked him can we place an order. He said he would get someone to come to the counter.We ordered traditional wings and fries for our whole family. When we got home. We had boneless wings with barley any sause covering them. No blue cheese, the fries where hard, and the celery and carrots were missing.We called back the store to let them know there mistake. We got and apology and they asked us if we wanted them to be remake the correct order.By this time my husband was furious just because we had to drive 20 mins back to get the food.I do understand mistakes and came back and got the order. But it was a big inconvenience.I should have looked at our order before leaving the store.2nd: Time ordering we called in to place and order. We ordered the same thing . The customer service was ok , I seen that they were training someone new .But when we got our wings home they didn't even have alluminum foil wrapped around the wings. So the box that they came in got soggy and absorbed most of the sause.The wings were not as good as we have had before.The Buffalo Wild Wings in Hudson were better and in Duluth.So because of both experiences we had with this place we will not be returning for food there again.*Customer service was a bad experience.*Food was a bad experience.*Maybe if they paid there employees there better, we would have have had a better experience.The only reason I gave the 2 stars on employees is because I seen they were training in someone new . And I don't expect that person to know everything right away.We are not going to be ordering from them again. ?
