Usually eat here a few times a week. 60% of the time the fries are so salty I literally have to spend 10 seconds per fry wiping the salt off and I like salt. This is like having a side of fries with your salt. I asked for lightly salted fries and they were even still a bit too salty so I’ve just accepted the fact that they’ll be hit or miss. I’ll still be back but just wish the fries were less salty. Everything else is always great and consistent.

I have eaten at many different BK's and this one at north crossing is the best by far. The staff is always polite and the food is always warm. Keep up the great work and thank you!!!

Food was good, hot and fresh. But they're very understaffed, only 1 person in back, and only 1 covering drive thru and dining room, during lunch rush. Lady up front still friendly, despite being stressed and rushing, doing the best they can. Keep this in mind if you're in a hurry, it may take longer to get orders. Hopefully they can hire more people.
