Are they supposed to let you know about a free drink if you have enough points or if you're there on your birthday? And I forgot to get a free drink on my birthday, but then I remembered and walked out with one, and then I was told I have enough points for another free drink.

Parking: Eau Claire has good parking on clairemont venues....not at the one off of golf rf.
I've never had a bad experience here. The employees are always nice and the food and drinks are always fresh and hot. Better than the Hallie one which seems to consistently under fill our drinks. Those conniving bastards....

This is a relativity new coffee shop. Located in a small strip mall. It is well designed, with lots of relaxed seating options. The staff did a nice job getting me my London Fog, although minus the normal lavender.

Whoever was working window on 9/15 at 8:50am needs to learn serious customer service skills. Very rude and just shoved the drinks out the window without saying a word after trying it make conversation.
