Yesterday (09-27-2025), my son, his friend and I had lunch here. My son and I both had a medical event happen (not related to the restaurant or their food) where we needed attention and ambulances called. 2 other diners there were off duty 1st responders that jumped right in without hesitation and came to our aid and called 911. The restaurant staff immediately came over and assisted, made sure 911 was called, and did everything they could to make us feel safe and secured. The...
This location started out strong, but now is falling fast. The last two or three times we've had it the food was lacking. Chicken not flavored right, chicken dry, chicken minis dry, even the sweet tea is wrong. It stinks, I grew up in the south so this restaurant should be a nostalgic reminder of home, but this is not the case.

I am writing because every Chick-fil-A that I visit will cook the bacon extra crispy. No one wants half done bacon especially African Americans and I'm sure some non-African Americans want their bacon cooked well too. I thought I would leave a review because we are the customers and we give the money so that you can stay open.
