This is the Chipotle to choose in Eau Claire. Always good. Always busy. They keep the store fairly clean and have not ran out of Ingredients while I visited. I had a pretty poor experience at the Clairemont location today and I will gladly wait in line and come to This store.

Dang. I’m so disappointed. I’ve been a regular at this location forever and this experience hurt. I pre ordered online, Pickup scheduled at 5:30. It’s now 6:00 and the line of customers has turned over at least 4 times and I’m still waiting. Counted 10 staff members and here I wait….

Got my whole order wrong I ordered a bowl with cheese and queso and chicken and so on they didn't get a single part of the order right instead I got steak and not a single bit of cheese instead they put guacamole and everything else but what i ordered.

I have issues here every time I go, I will no longer be returning to this location. The food was not made correctly, and there were random pieces of other food mixed in that did not belong in my order along with huge chunks of onion and pepper. The chips were extremely stale and not edible. The chimichurri sauce was almost entirely oil. Bring up any issue and they'll give you a run-around instead of refunding your order.

Make sure to check your receipt at this particular Chipotle. They might pull a few fast ones through gaslighting tactics. Don’t let these people or the weird manager get away with it.

I have celiac disease and I mentioned that right away upon arrival and they took all the necessary precautions for me and I was very impressed. They seemed like they had prior training and it was very helpful for me.
