She told me I needed to contact customer service. I did do that this morning, and the reward points were added to my account. Ultimately, hands down, Caribou Coffee is my favorite. Everyone is always so friendly, and they're always making the best drinks ever. My favorite and highly recommend is the Turtle Mocha.
Absolutely love visiting this Caribou. It’s always a bright spot it my day. I just wish Caribou would bring back the Chorizo Sunrise sandwich.
