Food was good like usual. Always hot and fresh. We always order a double deluxe meal, gluten free bun. We checked for the gluten free bun before we left because several times they have forgotten it since it comes in a separate bag, and got all the way home to find out they forgot the fries. 🙄
Its about a 50/50 getting the entire order right. But we still love Culvers.
Guess we just need to take longer checking every bag. 🤣

No matter what Culver's you go to they have unequivocally the best service team members...you gotta admire their hiring and management recipe in addition to their food quality!

I came into this Culver's for ice cream. The man who helped me was named Ryan. He has dark brown hair. I watched Ryan bust his butt off working order after order non stop, I don't know what he gets paid, but i know he deserves a raise, remaining very kind and patient to every customer. I saw how busy it was and waited patiently, however, i waited over 15 minutes for one strawberry cooler. I asked Kourtney with pink hair if it was on the way and she was very disrespectful...
