This was my first time at Culver's and my experience at the Eau Claire location was very sweet. Extremely warm and friendly staff, especially Auryn. When I mentioned that it was my first time trying Culver's custard, he didn't charge me for it.

The service was great and the food wasn’t bad. They made my order right for the most part but they did charge me like 2 dollars per sandwich to put raw onions on instead of tomatoes and they didn’t even put the onions on. Overall it was ok. Not great but not bad. That’s my only complaint. I run a restaurant and all I can suggest is when you have multiple people working just please take the extra 10 to 20 seconds or how ever long to read the ticket correctly and to make it right.

Spring is here and time for a strawberry field salad and lemon ice.
I pulled up and ordered my late night snack and the person in front of me was not happy about something and decided to throw his money at the window and have himself a very unadult like response to a situation. So when I pulled up to the window, I was assuming that I might see a flustered worker, but I got a smile and the kid handled my order excellently, smiled thanked me for coming and I got my normal excellent Culver's food. I think that this sort of experience wins me over more than a normal stop when everything's working perfectly. Well done to the young man and well done to Culver's!

I only give them 1 star because I cannot give them zero. I hand the cashier 11.21 for a 6.21 purchase and they give me nothing back. Then when they realize they made a mistake, they hand me back 4 dollars. If you know I handed you 2 bills, why would you say I only gave you 10 dollars. If they can't recognize bills, why are they a cashier? I will never be back.
