Culver’s usually never lets me down but WOW! This one floored me. I’m starting this year on the keto diet so I ordered a double deluxe just the sandwich without the bun and added ketchup. I received two patties with cheese. The other order was correct since I was getting a single patty with cheese for my dog.

Just ridiculous. My order wasn't right. Won't be returning. Ordered butterburger w bacon, no tomato. No smiles, no greeting at the window, and no smile during the handoff on the food. Paid extra for the bacon. I received a bacon-less butterburger with tomato. Just atrocious. won't be returning.

The plan was to check out the new Chick-fil-A but apparently that was everyone else's plan today also. We opted for Culver's chicken cashew salad instead. It was okay if you don't mind getting an entire head of lettuce in one salad.?Parking: The parking lot is an accident waiting to happen.
